I was just walking in to Tesco,s and for a split second it was like a click in my brain and I felt as if I was going to fall,but did,nt ,all shaky now,I suffere frprm GAD.please answer this post someone

Yep I have those. Feels similar to the jump you get when falling asleep but its in your head? Or maybe that's just me :)

Brain clicks. Something that has often been mentioned on here. More often than not, it is your jaw joint moving as you walk and making a one off click. I really feels like your brain though doesn't it! I get these a lot then I am falling asleep too.
