I'm not doing very well at the moment, for the past few days have felt constantly full of adrenalin and now I'm sitting at my desk at work feeling right on the brink of a full blown attack...pleeeeeease can someone tell me what to do to stop it coming on....

Try and focus on your breathing. Its a really nice day outside think about what your up to after work. Nothing is going to happen to you. You are fine I have the same feeling nearly everday just try and let it wash over you and think about something you are relly looking forward to. If you need me Im only a click away.
