Has anyone ever had EMDR treatment for anxiety and does it work?

Does that involve the tapping on certain areas? I've found that to help me when I remember to do it :)

Hi, I've tried it for past traumas, for which it's supposed to be excellent. I'm afraid it didn't work for me because I disassociate under stress - couldn't stay with it in order to deal with it. But it can apparently be very effective. Please don't let my experience put you off! Best of luck with it.
