the past few weeks as i know that i am going to start tapering - my concentration and memory are shot - it is like i have got a million things going through my mind and i am distracted and i can't remember if i did something that i was supposed to do or not.

it worrying me - yep make things worse julie!

is it just plain old fashioned anxiety? x

I get that constantly and yes I think it is anxiety and the fact that people generally more and more need to juggle too many things!

I get it too when I'm anxious. I find that being tired makes it 100 times worse so a good night's sleep can really help :)
