Sharp pains in head

LAtely ive been getting sudden extreme dizzyness and sharp pains in the right side of my head, kind of travelling back from my eye area towards the right side (back of head). Im really scared about this, it can last 1 minute up to an hour each time, this could be the end? :(

I always used to get sharp pains and they would really hurt but it was nothing in the end. dizziness i can relate to aswell. not nice but youll be ok x

Emma, i seriously think this is the end, i bet no one else has experienced this pain, it almost makes me drop to the floor in pain. :( x

i used to have to clutch my head were it hurt and stand still till it went. seriously youll be ok :)

Also if i run my tounge along my bottom lip i can feel ball bearing sized lumps, they are like little balls embedded into my lip. Not painful at all though. You can also feel them if you use your thumb and finger either side of your lip, is this normal to have this?

it will be tension hun the pains will be comeing from your neck and you holding your self tense x
