skipped beat wakes me up now im scared

Hi peeps.
When I have been falling asleep latley I have been jolted awake by my heart skipping a beat and its starting to scare me.
Does this happen to anyone else?

Happens to everyone on here who has ectopic heartbeats which is just about everyone I think. when you relax ectopic heartbeats get worse as your heart slows down so going to bed is the worst time for them in alot of people.

Remember remember they are horrible BUT harmless.
