Do you exercise at all?
Just a thought as I can feel agitation rising after a few days if I don't do something physical.
Cheers,

I think you may find that getting a regaular exercise slot will help. Even fast walking will help.
If you can find something you enjoy that will help you to keep it going.

Hi April,
The excercise route could be beneficial as it does burn a lot of the excess stress chemicals in our body the very one's that can cause us to be anxious.
I also went through this symptom through my recovery and the main thing to do is not become anxious because your anxious, this can keep the cycle going.
You nerves may still be easily triggered for the time being, but if you make sure you are not, anxious because your anxious, irritable because your irritable and burn off some of that tension through excercise, in time I am sure your nerves will calm and you will be fine.
Take care
Paul
