sore spot on neck

right in the centre were my neck and head meet its sore. today in the car my mum did an emergency break and i went fligning everywere and i swear i felt my head hit the back. dont know if it did though. :huh:

also think ive been bitten by something. hurts on that part of arm and there is one pimple there
