does anyone suffer from cold hands and feet, and if so do you feel cold on one side and not the other?

cold hands warm heart, isnt that what they always say

seriously though i know plenty of ordinary people who suffer cold in thi=eir extremities, i dont think its anything to worry about. i always had cold hands as a kid, just mention it to the doctor as he im sure will give you the peace of mind your looking , that i t is perfectly normal
