Been reading this very lovely forum this past week and found some very interesting posts!

I'm 21 and have been suffering anxiety, panic attacks, and associated depression since the age of 15. Anxiety has been really very bad recently, living in an almost constant terror, and I'm hoping this forum may help me in some way or another. Am going to start on Citalopram soon (if I can pluck up the courage!) so that section will come in handy...
