Hi i'nm Tracey, 22 my husband is a suffering from apnic attacks at the moment and needs reasurrance from others that he will get through this and that he isn't the only one. If anyone has any advice for him please get in contact. He is nearly 25 and is scared that these attacks will happen for the rest of his life. I am a little scared too, i don't know what i can do to help him and i sometimes feel that i add to his worry. i know that there are millions of people who suffer like this but my husband feels he is the only one i think if he could speak to others in his position it would help him understand.
