pulsing feeling in throat!

I know i did a post about this before but im still getting this constantly and its keeping me awake at night is there anyway of controlling this feeling, my throat is jumping like constant allday long. its making me feel very sick. :(

I get a similiar feeling also but when it happens to me it hurts me, its like really achy type thing. Like both sides of your throat. Is that the same with you?

my feeling is more a jumpy feeling and it makes me bit breathless and my throat feels tight to x
