Hi everyone

having a bit of a low with the anxiety, and the physical symptoms are really getting me down.
i get all the normal anxiety sypmtoms as and when im in the situations that make me panic but lately ive had these on a daily basis and i cant shake it off-

* extra saliva, needing to swallow more

* like a hair or piece of toamto skin or something caught in the back of my throat.

* muzzy feeling like im hungover, but i dont drink anymore.

* lump far down my throat, at the bottom of my neck

* aching eyes

* i can feel pulses all over my body, like my bodys kind of trembling under the skin

*full up feeling in the top of my stomach, like a ball in there.

Are these normal. just need some reassurance its not something else?? theyr not all constant, just come and go but i feel rough everyday.. and ive had enough.

im not doing anything to help recover, i just seem to be exsisting and coping.
not much fun :(

xx

i can relate to at least four of these. the thing at the very back of my throat i have now, i get the full feeling often .

also the feeling like you are suffering a hangover especially if ive had a late night without alcohol, extra saliva and pulses although twe actually do have pulses all over our bodies normally but we are just acutely aware of them

i really hope this helps

Yup! What can i say - I get all of them and have most of them right now!!!

It does help to know others do too, but it would be even better to get rid of them altogether!!!

Good luck xxxx

HI
All I can say is I can relate to all of these, unfortunately the only thing that helps is to try and relax (easier said than done,I know) and to forget about it. I usually know when I'm getting stressed. when I feel like I can't swollow, but all I do is try and not think about it. It won't go away straight away, but you'll soon forget about it and then you'll suddenly realise its gone.

Good luck with everything![8D]
