oxazepam

Does anyone else take this? theres nothing in the meds section about it, I know its the same family as Diazepam but not whether its same strength or not. I got prescribed 10mgs 3 times a day but GP said to try to take only 2 a day. I'm not sure if it works or not but I think i'm already mentally addicted to it!!! It's been about 2 weeks, as i said not even sure it works but maybe I'd be worse without it, just wondering if anyone else has taken this x I'm also concerned that he won't give me more as I know they don't like prescribing it long term. :(

hmmm thx for that, most ppl say they are really good and take the edge off and calm you, i don't get that, i take mine for muscle tension and tbh it dosen't really work, to low a dose maybe? I don't know, maybe I'm weird because coffee dosen't affect me either, before I was ill I could drink coffee before bed with no effect and had a friend remark i must have a strange metabolism lol, i remember a nurse from NHS direct saying before that 10mgs was quite a hefty dose hmm so I'm still stuck lol
