Is this anxiety dizziness?

Iv had anxiety since i was 10 years old and im nearly 21.about 2 years ago my anxiety was quite bad,then someone hammered the hell out of my front door.well after that everytime i herd a noise like a "bang" i could get a mini rush shoot through my head.after about 4 months of it getting worse i had a panic attack and a hospital trip.now 2 years later and iv been tested EEG,ECG,Seen a ent specalist.MRI scan.Adrenal test,blood tests 24 hr holter moniter,24 hour urine test etc,all came back fine.i still get this "rush" and it can now happen when ever it wants to,im allways dizzy!.Im currently taking 40 mg fluxoteine and a anti sickness tablet Sturgeon(cinnerazine).I was on a anti anxiety medication called pregabalin.it helped my anxiety but made me really unwell and i was on it for 2 years lol.Is there a anti anxiety medication that can help anxiety dizziness? maybe a long term medication thats ok to take on a daily basis.i just feel the doctors are giving up on me.

So yeah whats the best anti anxiety medication out there at the moment?
