Really worried :(

Hello everyone, im so worried at the moment, i have pain in my left arm at the top, and pain in my right thigh at the back, it feels like something is grabbing it, i feel like just walking out and running around the block!! im really worried i have jaw ache as well on my my left handside going towards my cheek.. has anyone ever had this before? or can offer me any reasurrance.. many thanks..

Hey, could easily be tension? I've had it in those areas too. Have you had an ECG at all? x

Hi Lucy, thanks for getting back, yes i had a few in the past as i suffer from palpitations as well! and i always get funny sensations in my left arm, i used to get skipped heartbeats every day for 3 months at one point, doc put it down to anxiety, scary feeling tho aint it hun x

Tell me about it. Overly concerned with my heart and panic about any sensation I get. I keep getting twinges and sharp pains in my left arm which stops me in my tracks & I always end up taking my pulse during these episodes! I just don't trust my heart :-( I'd youve had ecgs at least you will know deep deep down it's fine. Easier said than sone though I know! x

Yeah easier said than done Lol, I Got propranlol but dont really used unless my pulse is really racy! but yeah i get like a numbness aching feeling in my left hand as well, nightmare this anxiety is, like yourself i check my pulse as well, even get my mum to check, she is a nurse on a heart ward lol, im even afraid to do exercise because of the feeling of heart going fast, which is a shame because i would really love to go for a run, swimming etc! x
