sore on head

on top of my head theres a sore area which i can feel sometimes. today i had to tug my hair so hard to get all the knots out- about 5 mins ago. it hurt to tug them out and brush it. im worried.:(

hey you might be like me, I can't even tie up my hair without my head getting really sore after. I really think it's sore from brushing your hair too hard, it can help if you brush from the ends of your hair and work upwards :)

its caused by tension you are so worked up and anixious your holding your self tense i used to not be able to touch my scalp as it was so tender once i tryed to relax it went. also if your on the computer alot that can cause tension x
