always hungry????

anyone else suffering from anxiety/dep always feel empty hunger feelings?? I am not on any meds, in fact when I tried to take ADs they just made me feel more intense hunger almost immediately. I am not over or underweight, am fed up with it now. Could it be adrenalin causing it?

I'm not on any medication but I also go through phases of constant hunger. I call it my cake diet!

Adrenalin? I haven't got a clue - I'm not very technical about this sort of stuff!
