Hullo, everyone.

Name's Freddie ... I stumbled on this board this morning when I woke up thinking the thoughts, the tight chest, the freakout, for lack of better words. I'm here to not feel so alone in my panic.

I live in the US (hope that's OK!), in Arizona, the desert, I sell cars (I promise I'm one of the nice ones), my wife left me 2 years ago and I'm not over it, and I have no idea what I'm doing with my life.

I'm currently taking Effexor for my panic attacks, but I'm starting to think it's hitting a plateau.
