Newbie from Scotland

Hello to everybody :emot-wave:
Came across this site by googling "head shock" and was so glad to see that others knew what I was on about and had similar experience. I have a long history of depression, and anxiety. Currently on 200mg Sertraline per day and told by GP and Consultant Psychiatrist that I will be "on medication for the rest of my life"
So I am just getting on with it! Good to know I am not alone though :)
