hi my doc as put me on fortisip drinks 2 a day because ive lost alot of wieght as i dont eat enough thro having anxiety i was only just under 8 stone before and only 4ft 10 but now im only 6 and half stone has any one else been pescibed them and do the help you gain wieght . as i was scared to start taking them incase they made me bad and just want to know if any one one here has had them

never had them before but know about weight loss. I am just under 8 when I'm where i should be but have gone down to less the than 7 (I stop looking at that point lol!) - i am 5 foot 2, and VERY ACTIVE, i.,e more muscle than fat, so it can get complex.... in answer, I've never had these, but I can see why you may need them. IMO when I am very thin anxiety gets worse. it's a bit of a trap where yoru body uses up way more energy than normal, and also doesn't send you 'i'm hungery' signals...
