I'm an acupuncturist who suffers from minor OCD. I just wanted to let everyone know that HELP is always there. Don't ever give up.
I have been providing acupuncture treatments for people that suffer from anxiety for over 5 years. Not only does it help the community, but it helps me. I'd like to recommend acupuncture to everyone that suffers from anxiety and has NOT YET tried it. It' a very effective, ancient healing method.
