Citalopram and kalms

Can you take kalms with citalopram?? I have some in the house and was wondering if it's ok or if there's any point.

iT IS OK ..But try half the normal dose first .You can get an increased effect with them .The Night time ones especially ...Sue x

Why what would happen please?? I thought kalms were harmless.
