Cuts on the inside of my cheeks??

Hi guys,

I've noticed lately that I keep biting the inside of my mouth by accident and I'm sitting watching TV and was feeling around with my tongue and have 1 quite big cut/sore on the inside of one cheek and 3 cuts/sores on the other side. I didn't realise I'd done it quite this much!

Anyone else have this happen to them???

Hi i get this too, i clench and grate my teeth in my sleep, i get cuts in my mouth from this and takes a while to heal, my dentist said it because she said she cud see scars on the inside of my cheeks and said its quite common, unfortunatly i dont kno why it happens i forgot to get the answer to it! But no ur not on ur own xx

Yes and the problem is it swells up a bit, making you bite it more!! :)
