Occasional pain in fingertips? Just wondering..

Like an intermittent pain in one fingertip of any hand. Anyone get this? And is it something to do with anxiety?

I have absolutely no idea why this happens but I'm forever complaining of random pains in my fingers! I generally put it down to texting or typing too much.

I get intermittent pain in the pad of my left index finger. It's like a tingly itchy feeling. Sometimes it lasts for hours and then it's gone for a few days then it's back again. I have had it for around 3 weeks. Can only think that's it's anxiety.
