Im starting this programme healthy minds this week, im really hoping it works felt like crap for to long now, aint been out my house in months inless im in a car and straight into another house! im constantly lightheaded so i think :( i just wanna feel 'normall' i dont feel like me, im 19 :S i jus wonna go to the cinema sounds so stupid but id do anythin to be normal again :( nothings gotten better for me hopefully it will soon x:(
