help for a friend

hi everyone i have a good friend that suffers from general anxiety, i have been trying to learn about it but its really hard. anyways we are not able to meet simply because of the anxiety so any adivce on how she could start to over come this.

sorry for the lack of information i really dont understand anxiety yet
