Fear of developing Bipolar/Schizophrenia

Anyone relate? These fears come on stronger when I have bad depersonalization/derealization, I'm worried I will develop one of them in the future.

I do not believe you can develop it because of that to be honest.

Hi there,

I have cyclothymia, which is a form of bipolar. It is not something that you can develop although anxiety althought it can be one of many symptoms. If you do show signs for bipolar or sch then maybe speak to your doctor about your worries but its normally genetic and something which was already put.
