Dizzyness

Every time I venture outside I am very dizzy as soon as I get outside the front gate as any one else experienced this.

Mine started like that and id go dizzy in the house now i dont go out of my house because im scared im going to panic while im out there or something will happen eg. if i go dizzy i think im going to pass out, DONT let yourself get so worried you wont leave your house biggest mistake i made, you'll find if you think of something to do while you going out or doing something eg. listen to your music on mp3 or something your mind will be of being dizzy and it wont worry you as much hope you feel better soon x

Light-headedness occurs when your brain does not get enough blood. This may occur if:


You have a sudden drop in blood pressure
Your body does not have enough water (is dehydrated) because of vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and other conditions
You get up too quickly after sitting or lying down (this is more common in older people)
