reassurance needed please

constant tinnitus at the moment, waking up feeling anxious, headaches crying all the time you name it just want some words of comfort as i am in a strange country with none of my friends or family, someone please tell me im going to be ok xxxxx

Pretty much describes most days for me at the moment so I'm pretty sure you'll be fine :)

Being in a strange country certainly won't help matters either. Maybe try and grab a quick chat with somebody close on MSN etc?
