Hi all i am a 31 year old woman living in england. I have suffered anxiety, panic attacks and depression on and off for 10years. I have been back on prozac for a few months and was knocked by a severe panic attack yesterday. I have had a tough time of things i was sexually abused from a young age by a family member and neglected by my mother (whilst she was a good mum to my younger brothers). I was close to my maternal grandparents but lost them both in 1994 when i was 15 both were sudden deaths (possible link to my health anxiety ?) i was once told by a doctor i have post traumatic stress not sure but suppose its possible. i feel very alone with all this and would love to get to know you all so we can support each other.
