I've had a letter about an assessment with a psychiatrist was just wondering if anyone else has had an assessment before and what it involves. X

thank u :) its to do with my mood changes thay can change real fast and i can get really over confident and like hyped up and i dunno if its just me imagining it but when i look back i can see ive been this way for a while. im worried its just me thinking it if that makes sense. worried what thay will think of me. x
