Hi i'm new of course lol but I feel kind of panicky, help anyone?

Well I'm always panicking like I have had depression and I fly off the handle allot but I can never get any sleep at times like if I sleep I only sleep for like a half an hour and then I wake up like really quick, and I am starting to freak out because the right side of my cheek is numb and i think it might be going to my ear XD My mom says i'm fine and to stop poking it I woke up with it and that I'm fine but am I????
