hi guys just a quick post can this globus hystericus make it feel like some one has there hound around ur neck and is sqeezing tight along with the lump in throat pit panicky at mo cos of it

Aw you poor thing :( I've been getting that a lot.
If you feel your neck mucles you'll notice they feel tight.
Wearing scarf can help as it tricks you into thinking the sensation is caused by the scarf !
