Adam's apple

Don't ask me why I was feeling here but it seems like there's a rise in tissue at the back on the right side but not the left. There is a similar thing on the left side but that's at the top but goes up and down and wriggles to the touch by nail unlike the other side.

I'm hoping someone else has noticed something like this before and saves me a trip to the doctor again.

There are lots of glands, muscle etc in your neck - maybe your feeling one of them. We're not made exactly symmetrical so don't expect both sides to be the same.
