I feel really good and positive in the mornings. Vowing to change all my bad habits - stick to my resolve to eat well, drink less alcohol and look after myself. Why does it all go wrong? By early afternoon I start to feel panicky. But still quite happy with my decision to look after myself. Late afternoon things really change. There just seems there is nothing to look forward to. I am alone or do any of you experience this?
