I'm sorry if I've mentioned this before, but who else gets the feeling you get when youre coming down with flu, that "malaise" feeling? I know Im not coming down with it, cause I get it on and off for months and the flu never comes. Its like that weak and feversih feeling, you know? But without the high temperature. GP says anxiety, as usual, but what causes this? Its like being run down, that kind of feeling

Hi yes I get the aches and fatigue most of the time. Think it must just be that your body is exhausted from all the worry but doesn't help as you can't help but think there is something more wrong !

Yes I must say I do get this too and just as I think I am coming down with something then it goes again.

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

Yep have to agree with this one, it is something I get quite often x

i get this a lot too. feel so tired, run down and as tho i'm gonna have a real bad doze of the flu or chesty cough. then the feelings go only to return a week or so later. until i read this post i thought it was just me being paranoid, something i'm getting really good at at the moment.
