Hi again, im having an ecg 2mo, and if that comes back ok, im going to start looking at therapy again, im looking into going back to cbt to try and reinforce the techniques, however i was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions?? good experiences with other form of therapy?

cbt can be fab if you really want it to work also breathing therapy and deep relaxation really helps along side cbt x

thanks, ye im gonna try cbt again,and maybe a thai chi class or something went for the ecg, and i felt awful because when i looked around there were people there who were so sick, and heres me worring my life away.

i know exactly how you feel as my obsession is my heart and ive had all the tests 2 or 3 times over and there clear. im having cbt at the mo and thinking really positive that it will help . tahi chi is good for relaxing theres lots of dvds that are good and if you practicse your breathing that can be really helpful good luck
