please help i have had enough

I suffer from ha, and along with anxiety i suffer from ibs, i am really stressed as suppoed to be taking my daughter to london on thursday and as well as the usual anxiety i would have by just having to go im so worried something will go wrong while there, so yesterday and today i have had an achy lower back and funny tummy, felt really bad today bloated and windy but feeling rough, im worried now i have bowel cancer or even heart disease as i have had chest and arm aches which disappears when i burp, it comes bk obviously but goes when i burp again im so scared my body is shaking anyone had anything like this ?

I'm always panicking about chest pains (I have HA mainly centred on my heart) But like yours, they must be indigestion because they go when I burp. HA is so horrible (((Hugs)))

i have ha centered round my heart i look for every little thing and also lookn to see if i can feel my heart which makes it beat faster i had pain but it was from me holding my self tight when im really anixious i have reflux which is horrid x
