i actually did it !!!

i haven't been to the dentist in five years but i've had a loose filling at the front for a while and i knew it was just a matter of time before it fell out. well yesterday it did. went into panic mode thinking omg what am i gonna do it looks awful and theres no way i can go to the dentist. well vanity won out. i thought i would rather have a panic attack than not be able to smile. i felt very panicky during but i coped and now i am feeling rather chuffed with myself:D

Well done...I know how hard this is...I am petrified of the dentist as when I was young mum always made us go every 6 months for check ups (as you should really) and our dentist used to fill your teeth at the check up without any injection or anything!!! Awful!!!
