Any idea how to get rid of acid reflux? Its scarin me as usual :(

Cant really help im afraid but when i used to have that in pregnancy i used to have peptac liquid which is like gaviscon, and i always drank loads of milk, would this help? try it x

Thanku yea I'm gonna try it, just makes me feel really panicy! So annoying I'm already panicy most the time aswell witch dosent help, thanks x

I can imagine hun bless u.. give it a try.. i know the milk really helped me when i had it.. i think anxiety can cause it too its a vicious circle :( good luck, if not then see your gp x
