Scared

Im sick of this, occasionally ill go to breathe in like normal and i cant, its like it blocks off and wont let any air go in, or like im breathing thru a straw.. its scary.. when it happens i litrally cant breathe in it doesnt work then i cough and it goes away and i can breathe again, im real scared of it is this normal :(:(

i know theres alot of people who "find it hard to breathe" i have that too, but this is something different, which only happens sometimes.. what could it be, im petrified i dont want this :weep:
