scared!

Doctor has started me off on 10mg I'm really scared to take paracetomoil let alone these can somebody tell me how I'm gonna feel if there's anythin to worry about? I'm gonna take it at night so tonight will be my first one of these ce Citalopram, I think after my first one I won't be scared for the rest please help?
