bit worried about sinuses

ive had pain around nose for months now- how ever had a minor two day cold a few weeks back and ive been notcing pains everywere- like sudden two second intense pains in temples- forhead and sometimes ear goes funny. like today on the but it went pop. x:)

Temple pain. Maybe just be a random harmless pain, or if you've a habbit of tensing your jaw that can cause it too,
My ears are always popping I know ear and sinus stuff can be related, maybe your ear just popped from pressure you have in your sinus area if you nose is blocked too
