Diarrhea? again! worried

hey everyone,
for about 6/7 weeks now ive been quite anxious and stressed out, i had a bout of upset stomach and it went now its back, its been 4 days now, its only that and i get cramps and need to run, i have no bloating, or sickness just the runs, i have ate alot of crap food as cant be bothered to cook really, i have noticed to a connection to milk, and its generally after i eat. to be honest i wasnt overly anxious about it, until i put in the search bar "diarrhea " and it came up with posts worring about cancer! now im worring thats what it can be!

This has happened to me also when I've been feeling anxious. An upset stomach was always one of my symptoms. Does anyone one else suffer from this?

Just try and take it easy and not worry about it too much, if you try and control your anxiety/stress it will probably sort itself out

Hi Leanne,

I get this when I am going through particulary anxious periods, then as my anxiety eases it does too. Worrying will only add to your anxiety & make it worse!
