hi everyone, missed my aptment this morning with psychiatrist, not so good, since this morning had pressure pain all over my head, has made me sooo tired, my eyes are so heavy, got bags under my eyes, jus wont to shut my eyes and go to sleep, some morning when i wake up, i go yes i made it thru the night, nothing happened to me, thank you, see wot today brings, got cbt on monday, will not miss that thou, i need all the help i can get, have more bad days than good,
