Tanya on Eastenders, I think that triggered it

I watched EastEnders last night with Tanya having cancer, went into a panic, couldn't sleep, this morn I was bleeding anc convinced I have a bad, bad illness. My periods heavy since Ilost a baby 10 months ago, no bleeding 9 days fter my period. :weep:

periods are normal to be all over after having your baby.and they can be alot heavyier. are you on any contraception? i have a coil and they cause midcycle spotting try not to panic im sure its nothing to worry about

I feel daft but.....when i saw east Enders I thought gosh ive not had a smear in ages what if all my panic symptoms are actually from the effects of a serious illness like cancer.

How awful, what a horrid thought, but it mde me think!!!
I don't really watch east Enders it's more my hubby and daughter BUT it certainly made me think, just shows u what a soap drama can do!!!!

City girl I'm so sorry for your loss, Many things can cause irregular bleeding without it being the big c although it is wise to always have any abnormal bleeding checked out, losing a baby could cause heavier bleeding, hope it is resolved for you soon hun.

I was exactly the same...I can't watch Eastenders or Corrie now (Corrie has a brain tumour story!)
