Intense assessment

Hi all

Wasnt sure where to post this but

has anyone been to an Intense specialist assessment with the CMHT or another agency? :lac:

I am awaiting an appointment for it in the next few weeks, as I havent been well... kind of why not been on here.... I was told that it is really intensive. :weep: I was also advised to take a frined in with me and have them with me for about 3-4 hours after..... hmmmm

Any ideas?

Can't help Nikk but why on earth would you need a friend with you afterwards?

Well they can't hurt you so I am sure it is nothing that bad.

Spoke to CMHT today and they are going to sort out an apt with a medical team member and a psychologist. I should hear in the next few days....

just hope its before next thursday.
