hi,

Im so scared since last night I have had a detached feeling,almost as if it wasnt me speaking....I know this doesnt sound right but I keep thinking iys really weird how thats me talking and functioning.almost like I'm looking in.I'm sure I have vcjd and this feeling is confirming my fears.please spmeone help.

Sounds like derealisation/depersonalisation to me, i used to get that when panic attacks and anxiety first came into my life 21 years ago.

Have you read the symptoms of it?? you may associate yourself with it.
