does any1 put there fingers down there throat not neccesary to be sick but to touch things for example the flappy bit and if you go further i got like spots or something and my throat is always full of saliva and mucus..

OK that's an odd one...but if your throat is hurting I guess that's why, fingers do no belong in throat.
